Central Cambridge Area Guide

Living in the heart of Cambridge enables you to immerse yourself in all the hustle and bustle of the city.
It is home to the iconic Trinity, Jesus and Kings Colleges and a wealth of museums, beautiful green spaces and medieval cobbled streets. You will always be a short stroll away from the nearest cafe, pub, restaurant or place of entertainment and if shopping is your pleasure the area contains not one but two shopping centres, the Grafton Centre and the Grand Arcade. The River Cam meanders around the centre so you can watch or even try punting. You will be spoilt for choice.
Cambridge Railway station is easily accessed taking you to London or even to St Pancras where you can board the TGV to Paris or Brussels.

In terms of property, the centre is an eclectic mix of historical property, new builds and architecturally interesting apartment blocks so there is something to suit most tastes. 

Central Cambridge also plays host to some of the cities largest outdoor events, The Big Weekend, Bonfire and Fireworks Night and the Magical North Pole take place on Midsummer Common and Parker's Piece annually and are not to be missed!
