About Cambridge Property Lettings
Cambridge Property Lettings began, as many good lettings agencies do, with a small, private rental portfolio that helped us learn from hands-on experience. Some years later, a favour for a friend - taking care of her rental property while she was abroad - quickly grew into a flourishing business.
More than 25 years after starting up as a kitchen-table enterprise, we have become a thriving, independent lettings agency. Our expert team of ARLA-qualified staff serve a continually expanding pool of tenants and landlords. These clients come to us not just for our deep knowledge of the Cambridge area, but because we understand exactly what Cambridge renters expect and need.
These days we’ve swapped spreadsheets for the latest technological innovations, helping landlords and tenants keep up to date at the click of a button. That means we can offer a fast, efficient and proactive service while still retaining the friendly, ‘round the kitchen table’ approach we developed back in the 1990s.
