Property Manager Vacancy
We are an independent Cambridge based Lettings Company seeking an experienced Property Manager to join a friendly team.
As a Property Manager you will have responsibility for the management of a portfolio of local residential and student properties, this varied and exciting role encompasses all aspects of Lettings and Property Management. You will be part of a busy and successful team that pride themselves on personal service and adhere to the highest standards of property management.
You will be working in a busy environment dealing with landlords, tenants and contractors. You will be a strong and resilient character who is a confident communicator with the ability to resolve issues effectively within a timely manner, all while delivering exceptional levels of customer service. You must be willing to carry out relevant tasks as directed by your line manager to contribute towards the success of the business.
Salary: Dependent on experience
Job type: Permanent
Hours: 9am to 5.30pm Monday - Friday. You are required to work a Saturday morning on a rota basis to carry out viewings.
Annual leave: 20 days plus public holidays
Start Date: 3rd June 2019
A full clean driving licence is required for this role.
