As landlords ourselves back in the 1990s, we learned through hands-on experience how rental properties should be managed. This knowledge, combined with a thorough understanding of the local lettings market, led to the creation of Cambridge Property Lettings.

Our approach

You’ll have a dedicated representative Property Manager to look after your account from day one, so there is always someone on call who understands your rental property (or portfolio).

We have well established systems in place to ensure your tenants are safe and that all the legal requirements are observed. We use state-of-the-art software to oversee your property, keeping it safe and compliant, and this gives us more time to dedicate to you and your tenant.

We believe that the lettings business is about providing real homes where tenants are proud to live. A happy tenant is more likely to respect their rental property, leaving it in good shape when they finally move on.

It’s a simple, three-step process:

1. We will meet you, virtually or in person, to discuss the best service for you.
2. Once you've decided to come over to us, we'll email you a simple form to complete on the essentials of your property.
3. You email your existing agent and we do everything else including collecting keys and documents.

We will do the rest:

• Notify your current agent.
• Collect keys and paperwork from the agent.
• Inform your tenants of the change.
