Company application fee and referencing: £420.00, this is non-returnable.
Late rent payment administration: £30.00 for late payment.
Breach of tenancy correspondence: £30.00 per letter or email.
Reference request: £30.00.
End of tenancy administration for late check-out: If the property is not ready for check-out at the agreed time and a re-visit is needed a charge of £100.00 is deducted from the deposit.
End of tenancy work: £30.00 per hour if work has to be arranged once a tenancy has ended which resulted from tenants not fulfilling their obligations.
Cash/Cheque payments: Due to the charges our bank makes we charge £1.00 per £100.00 (or part thereof ) for cash received. This is usually avoided by bank to bank transfer
Admin fees: For requests made by tenants to correspond with third parties £30.00 per letter or email.
Standing order not cancelled: £30.00 if money has to be returned to a tenant after tenancy has ended due to their standing order not having been cancelled.
Partial rent payment received: The tenant will pay an administration charge of £30.00 for tracing and allocating any individual rent payment received which forms part of a monthly sum.
Printed tenancy agreement or inventory: £30.00 each (normally emailed).
Early release: In the event of the tenants (this applies to the tenancy as a whole, not individuals) asking to move out before the end of the fixed term tenancy and this being agreeable to the landlord and Cambridge Property Lettings, the tenant will remain liable for all rent, utilities and any
other costs for the tenancy up to and including the day before replacement tenants move in. There is no guarantee that such a request will be agreed by the landlord. The administration charge is £500.00 to be paid before the property is marketed, to cover the Landlord re-let cost
and CPL additional administration work. Early release will not be agreed during the last 3 months of the tenancy.
Change of named tenant: This applies to a shared house of three or more occupants where one person may ask to be released from the tenancy before the end of the fixed term. There is no guarantee that such a request will be agreed to by the landlord. The administration charge is
£500.00 and all tenants will remain jointly liable for all rent, utilities and any other costs for the tenancy until such a time as a replacement tenant has entered into a new tenancy. A change of tenant will not be agreed during the last 6 months of the tenancy.
Lost keys: £30.00 per hour for time taken to obtain replacement keys plus the cost of the keys.
