Cambridge Property Lettings (CPL) provide a tenant find service for the landlord. Once the tenancy has been entered into the landlord is responsible for the property and any matters with in the tenancy.
Once an applicant has submitted an application for the room they will then be required to attend an interview with the other housemates who will confirm to the CPL that they agree to the applicant joining the household.
Salary required for referencing purposes must be no less than £17,100.00 per annum.
