Step One
Pay referencing fee and complete online application. |

are cleared, arrange an appointment to sign the lease (see
example draft lease) and inventory. |

Pay rent and deposit, ensuring the cleared funds are in Cambridge
Property Lettings' bank account before move-in date. |

Step Four
Move-in day! Collect the keys to your new home – and a complimentary
bottle of wine – from our office. |
