Step One
Find a suitable property, complete the online application form and pay the application fee.

Step Two
Once referencing is complete we will send your tenancy agreements (see
example draft lease) and a request for payment of rent and deposit.
|

Step Three
Return the signed tenancy agreements and pay rent and deposit monies due, ensuring cleared funds are in Cambridge
Property Lettings' bank account before move-in date.

Step Four
Move-in day! Collect the keys to your new home from our office. Celebrate your move in.
