Tenants' Fees
- Application fee and referencing:
£125 per tenant, this is non-returnable.
- Guarantor credit referencing (Cambridge Property Lettings will advise if guarantor is required):
£30 per guarantor (non-returnable)
- Late rent payment charge:
£20 for first late payment, £30 for second late payment and £40 for late payments thereafter.
In addition, any contact by email, letter or phone regarding late payment will incur a charge of £16 per communication.
- Each bounced cheque:
£20
- Renewal of lease:
No charge
- Change of named tenant mid-contract:
£250 plus VAT. Does not include replacement tenant's application fee.
- End of tenancy administration including check-out:
No charge
- Deposit refund to your UK bank:
No charge
- Cash payments:
Due to the charges our bank makes we charge £1 per £100 (or part thereof) for cash received. This is usually avoided by bank-to-bank transfer.
- For any correspondence the tenant requests and CPL agrees to, there is a charge of £16 per letter or email.
