Meet the Team

Trevor Hames MARLA – Managing Director Trevor, a former solicitor, formed Cambridge Property Lettings in 1995 in response to requests from friends to advise on buy-to-lets as personal long-term investments, oversee renovations and look after and maintain their let properties. Trevor is keen to ensure landlords offer good properties for rent, and that the properties are well maintained and looked after for the tenants.
Jeremy Liming MARLA – Head of Lettings Jeremy has a wealth of lettings experience having worked in the Cambridge property market for many years. He is keen to develop long term relationships with landlords, providing a professional service to maximise the return on their investment through careful management of both the property and tenancy.
Rachel Silcock BA(Hons) – Property Manager Rachel’s role is to ensure smooth day-to-day running of the portfolio and liaise with tenants, landlords and contractors.
Pam Pope – Office Manager Pam’s role is to assist with tenants’ applications and moving in, and working with Rachel in dealing with problems arising whilst living in the property.
Naomi Wrycroft – Accounts Manager Naomi is responsible for maintaining accounts. Her role includes making monthly payments to landlords, checking for rent arrears and issuing detailed monthly statements for clients.
