Meet the Team

	Trevor Hames MARLA – Managing Director Trevor, a former solicitor, formed Cambridge Property Lettings in 1995 after growing numbers of friends were requesting his help with letting property. As the business has grown, his priority has been to continue offering high standards of property and a professional, personal service. With more staff than the early days, he is now able to specialise in advising on buy to lets and overseeing renovations.
	Jeremy Liming MARLA – Head of Lettings Jeremy has a wealth of lettings experience having worked in the Cambridge property market for many years. He is keen to develop long term relationships with landlords, providing a professional service to maximise the return on their investment through careful management of both the property and tenancy.
	Cat Lake-Benson MARLA Cat has been working in the lettings business for nearly 17 years and is a member of ARLA. Experienced in all aspects of lettings, she believes in the saying "If you're going to do something, do it right". As part of Cambridge Property Lettings, she is enjoying being part of a professional, forward thinking team.
	Alex Nunes Alex has always had a flare and passion for property and helped with his parents' property development ventures in his early years. He is keen to utilise his local knowledge to develop his experience and knowledge of lettings with Cambridge Property Lettings.
